1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Aubis Consultants platform at aubis-consultants.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The platform
Aubis Consultants is a marketplace that connects businesses (“Clients”) with vetted AI implementation professionals (“Consultants”). We facilitate introductions, engagement agreements, and payment processing.
Aubis is not a party to any engagement agreement between a Client and a Consultant. We act as an intermediary platform and payment processor.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
Consultant accounts are subject to approval. We reserve the right to reject or revoke consultant access at our discretion.
4. Client terms
As a Client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business needs
- Pay for engagements through the platform's payment system
- Not circumvent the platform to engage directly with Consultants you discovered through Aubis
- Review and approve or dispute milestone deliverables in a reasonable timeframe
5. Consultant terms
As a Consultant, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your skills, experience, and credentials
- Deliver work to the standard described in your engagement proposals
- Accept payment exclusively through the platform for Aubis engagements
- Not solicit Clients for off-platform work during or within 12 months after an engagement
- Maintain professional conduct in all client communications
6. Fees and payment
Aubis charges a 15% platform fee on all engagements. This fee is added to the Consultant's quoted price to determine the total Client price.
Payments are processed through Stripe and held in escrow until milestones are completed and approved. Funds are released to Consultants after Client approval.
All prices on the platform are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
7. Non-circumvention
Both Clients and Consultants agree not to circumvent the platform. If a Client and Consultant are introduced through Aubis, all subsequent commercial engagements between them must be conducted through the platform for a period of 12 months from the date of introduction.
8. Disputes
If a Client is unsatisfied with delivered work, they may raise a dispute through the platform before approving the milestone. We will review disputes and may mediate between the parties.
Our decision on disputes relating to escrowed funds is final, though either party may pursue independent legal remedies.
9. Limitation of liability
Aubis provides the platform on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee the quality of any Consultant's work or the suitability of any Client engagement.
Our liability is limited to the platform fees we have received in connection with the relevant engagement.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate their account at any time. Outstanding engagements and escrowed payments will be handled in accordance with the engagement terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
